Procedure
- Take required number of microwells
- Prepare 1:4 dilutions of calibrator, control or serum
sample
- Add 100 µl of diluted calibrator, control or serum sample
- Add 100 µl of monoclonal antibody conjugate
- Seal and incubate for 90 minutes at room temperature
- Wash wells
- Add 200 µl Chromogen
- Seal and incubate for 30 +/- 2 minutes at room temperature
- Add 100 µl of stop reagent and read on Spectrophotometer
- Calculate results using 4-parameter curve fitting equation
